DPD Next Day Delivery- 1pm Monday 23rd December

Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of your personalised item, you may return it in its original condition for a replacement if we have made any errors in the spelling on your item. Non personalised items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
We reserve the rights to refund and only will at our discretion. If your order arrives broken you must take a photo and send it over to us so we can make a claim from the courier. Please note all returned parcels must be sent back using tracked delivery. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during their return, or postal or other costs incurred when returning goods.
